Hawkeye Media has worked across several different government departments with senior civil servants of grade 6 and 7. These are mostly senior managers, policy managers and heads of department who would face media scrutiny in the event of a crisis. The sessions cover proactive and reactive interviews based on realistic simulated scenarios.

The feedback from a recent session showed that 90.9% found the session enjoyable. Knowledge of the trainers was rated as excellent by 81.8%, the delivery of the course was rated as excellent by 72.7% and all felt the session met the course objectives.
