Hawkeye Media Training has been engaged in the recruitment of more than a dozen Vice-Chancellors in both the UK and Ireland.  Working together with the university and an executive recruitment company, we design scenarios and deliver rigorous, realistic and fair interviews revealing real differences between candidates. The interviews are filmed and made available to the selection panel along with our detailed analysis.
